Anathoth Garden Apartments

Goals

Anathoth Garden Apartments is a 40-unit senior housing renovation project slated for repositioning by the affordable housing developer, Evergreen Real Estate. This 1980’s cluster of senior apartments and amenities facility is located in the heart of the Garfield Park neighborhood.

Results

Canopy is currently establishing a design with Evergreen, including ergonomic improvements of existing unit kitchens and baths, as well as MEP and envelope improvements. In addition, Evergreen is partnering with the Garfield Park Community Council to establish a new office space within this facility.
