David Lopez is a passionate design professional with extensive experience on a variety of projects from adaptive reuse, major renovation, to new construction including work with non-profit organizations. Based in Chicago, he has worked primarily in the local market while also leading prototype projects across the United States.

David is driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the communities he serves. He has a deep appreciation for understanding how people’s perspectives shape the spaces they inhabit — a philosophy that informs every project he takes on.

David holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan (2017) and a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign School of Architecture. Outside of the office, he loves working with his hands and jumps at any opportunity to take on a renovation project of his own.
