Andreea Micu and Jaime Torres Carmona  of Canopy  join Illinois Housing Council’s discussion panel on COVID response in the Fall of 2020.

Speakers will discuss the future impacts of Coronavirus on the affordable housing industry, from how we design buildings and spaces to the evolving role of property management during the pandemic. Will residents be able to use common areas in the future or will outdoor space be a greater priority? How can developers and architects build with health and sanitation at the forefront of their minds? What is the role of property management and will there be an increased focus on health and resident services in the future?
