With co-developers, CHA and Michaels, Canopy celebrated the grand re-opening of Albany Terrace Apartments, a 17-story high-rise community serving seniors with low and moderate incomes that recently underwent an extensive $93 million rehabilitation. Speakers at the ribbon-cutting ceremony included Greg Olson, Regional Vice President of Development for The Michaels Organization, CHA Interim CEO Angela Hurlock, Alderwoman Monica Scott, DOH Commissioner Lissette Castañeda, and president of the building’s resident council, Nadine Mason.
