Haylee is a dedicated administrator and HR professional. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Technology from Frontier Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale — a unique combination that bridges the worlds of people and projects — and she also holds her SHRM HR certification.

Having built her HR career within the State of Illinois, Haylee is passionate about creating workplaces that are both efficient and welcoming. She believes that a well-supported team is the foundation of any successful organization.

A Southern Illinois native, Haylee recently moved to Chicago and found the perfect fit at Canopy, where she can draw on both her human resources expertise and construction background in a single role. Outside of the office, she channels her love of history into exploring Chicago’s rich architectural and cultural heritage.
