Socially Responsible Ventures L3C

In a collaborative relationship with the client, the project(s) focused on how the process of residential renovation – rather than the end product – can create opportunities to build human capacity through transitional skills training. Properties were selected to revitalize communities, details designed for hands-on learning, and materials chosen to implement sustainable practices. Success of the projects are measured in their ability to stabilize blighted communities, provide training and a second chance for crew members, and provide healthy, safe, and energy efficient housing units for residents in need.
